Available Programs

Do you know the definition of "Insanity"?
It is doing the same thing over and over again, but expecting different results. If you are caught in this very common and vicious cycle, we can help you learn how to achieve different results. It's as simple as making a different choice, or taking a different road than what you are presently traveling.

How We Work:

We understand that many churches and ministries have visions and desires for performing Health related events to reach out to and help their communities, but they may not have the manpower, resources, or even the knowledge as to how to go about putting on a program to help their community.

This is where we come in. Literally, we come to you.

Genesis Health Revolution brings health-related education to you and works with you to both help your community as well as to teach you how to continue doing the same life-changing educational health programs. Below are the various programs that we can bring and conduct for you. We  work hand-in-hand with you ahead of time to build a custom program to fit your specific needs and desires for your community by adding various elements together to build the best program for your desired plan.

Health Emphasis Month

The Health Emphasis Month is a month-long program that normally includes the Diabetes Undone  program as the "Anchor program" for the month, coupled with any of the other elements offered such as a cooking class/ school, a Dinner with The Doctor, Sermons, or even a Prayer Meeting 4 week series. We will work with each group to customize exactly what you desire to present to your community to help them.

Dinner With The Doctor

“Dinner With The Doctor” features an informative health and medical discussion on a Health-related subject with a Question and Answer session by a licensed Nurse or Doctor from your congregation or community.  There is a plant-based “Dinner” that is served during the discussion. This dinner is prepared by us working with volunteers from the host church and is normally free to the attendees.  There are normally free drawings that are held afterward.

Childrens Stories

We also have some children's stories that can be shared during the church service if desired. Both Fred and Julie have told a few stories in their past. Told stories in a good way that is.

Movie Night

We have a wonderful selection of health-related video documentaries that can be shown. We use these video nights as a great introduction to the health program and normally have a question-and-answer time along with the video.

Whole Foods Plant Based 101

This is a very informative overview of some of the many key points about a Whole Foods Plant-Based lifestyle. This presentation helps clear the confusion that many have when faced with definitions such as:  SAD, Vegetarian, Vegan, Raw, and Whole-Food Plant-based. This seminar is a 1 1/2 -2 hour presentation that can be combined with a meal.

Diabetes Undone

Do you have diabetes or pre-diabetes? Don't despair, there’s hope for change and in many cases complete reversal. This dynamic 8 class/4 week interactive video based workshop will empower you to address the root causes of this disease through simple lifestyle strategies such as nutrition, exercise, comprehensive testing, and more.  Join Dr. Wes Youngberg, author of Goodbye Diabetes, and Brenda Davis, world-renowned plant-based dietician, as they guide you through a hope-filled journey to undo your disease and reclaim your health.

Health Coaching

Health Coaching can be either a one-on-one or a group session type of coaching. We offer this for the entire time that we will be present working with a church or group. It goes without saying, but it still must be said that all individual coaching is kept completely confidential. When it comes to lifestyle health, having someone to talk with and to encourage them can be the difference between changing your lifestyle for the better or falling back into bad habits and decisions.

Country Life Food Co-op

Setting up a Country Life Food Co-op is a great way to help a church not only have a great source of excellent quality food, but it is also a wonderful way to meet new people in your community. 

Non-Toxic Home and Beauty Workshop

If we don’t want to put bad ingredients into our bodies, then why would we want to put these on our skin or breathe them? Did you know that our skin is the largest organ in the human body? Come and learn about many of our day-to-day soaps, cleaners, candles, cosmetics, and everyday items that we don’t think twice about and how toxic they are to us. But that’s not all, learn healthy alternatives.

Plant Based Protein

This is another  informative overview of one of the most misunderstood nutrition subjects of our time. Protein, how much, from what sources, does it matter? This is an interactive presentation with question and answer period. This presentation ranges from 1 1/2 - 2 hour presentation .

Plant based Cooking School

Cooking Classes are probably the most common aspect of Healthy Lifestyle education that most people are familiar with. We can put together and conduct either a custom cooking class focusing on specific dishes of your choice, or we can put on one of our time-tested cooking classes such as " Plant Based 101", "Plant-Based Proteins", "A Gluten Free  Lifestyle", "Diabetic and Heart Health", or even "Plant-Based Holiday Cooking  Class". Multiple classes can be arranged into a "Cooking School" during the month. 

Sermons

We can also present a sermon which can be either a  Health and Spiritual focus or just a Spiritual focus. Fred is an Elder in his local church, and would be happy to speak if desired.

Prayer Meetings

We offer an eight-part study on Diet and Food from the pioneers of our church that can be scheduled for prayer meetings and also on Friday nights, or even in the afternoon after church services.  Again, flexibility is the key.

Oh, Sugar Sugar

Remember the saying that a spoonful of sugar helps the medicine go down? Well, this workshop pulls back the veil of one of the most harmful and utterly addictive food ingredients that we are consuming in catastrophic amounts. See visual aids of sugar amounts in common foods that we eat every day, and why we need far less sugar in our diets than what we are now consuming.
